Printing a spreadsheet usually means fighting with print areas and columns spilling onto extra pages. Here the cell values of the sheet you choose are laid out as a table that always fits the page width: the font shrinks as needed (down to 6 pt) and wide columns wrap their text. Landscape is picked automatically for wide sheets, the first row can be repeated as a header on every page, and each sheet can start on a new page with its name above it.

Workbooks are read by a small built-in .xlsx reader, and CSV files by a standards-compliant parser that detects comma, semicolon and tab separators. Dates, percentages and booleans are shown the way Excel displays them by default.

Only values are printed: fonts, colours, borders, merged cells, charts and images are not reproduced, and formulas show the value Excel last saved.

How to use it

  1. Choose an .xlsx or .csv file.
  2. Pick a sheet (or all sheets) and whether the first row is a header.
  3. Adjust the page size, orientation, margins and font size.
  4. Click Convert to PDF and download it.

Frequently asked questions

Are my files uploaded?

No. The file is read and processed by your browser on your device; nothing is sent to a server. You can load the page, switch off Wi-Fi and it still works.

Are formulas recalculated?

No. The value Excel saved with the file is printed. If a sheet was edited by a tool that does not calculate formulas, open and save it in Excel first.

Why does my formatting not appear?

The tool prints values as a clean table. Colours, fonts, borders and merged cells are not reproduced; use Excel's own PDF export for an exact look.

Can I convert .xls files?

Older .xls files are a different binary format. Save them as .xlsx or CSV first.

How big a sheet can it handle?

Up to 200,000 cells per sheet; larger sheets are cut and the tool says so.
