Email signature generator

Name, title, company, phone and links become a clean HTML signature with inline styles and no images. Copy HTML or plain text.

Inputs
Calculated in your browser. Nothing you enter is sent anywhere. Updates as you type.

Signature

Fill in your name, title, company and contact details and the signature previews immediately: a name in the accent colour, a role line, phone and email, website and links, all in a single table with inline styles so mail clients render it consistently. There are no images, so nothing has to be hosted, nothing breaks when images are blocked, and the signature never triggers "download pictures" prompts.

Copy HTML gives you the source to paste into a signature editor that accepts HTML (Outlook desktop via the HTML editor, many webmail clients, Thunderbird). For Gmail and Apple Mail, which paste rich text, select the rendered preview box, copy it and paste it into the signature settings. Copy plain text gives a version for text-only mail and for the plain-text part of multipart messages.

Keep it short. Four to six lines is the norm for business mail; legal disclaimers and inspirational quotes are best left out. Phone numbers in international format (+971 …) work as tap-to-call links on phones.

How to use it

  1. Enter your name and, optionally, title, company, phone, email and website.
  2. Add your LinkedIn URL and one other link if you want them shown.
  3. Pick an accent colour and check the preview.
  4. Click Copy HTML for HTML-capable editors, or select and copy the preview for Gmail and Apple Mail; use Copy plain text for text-only clients.

Frequently asked questions

How do I add the signature in Gmail?

Gmail's signature box accepts rich text, not HTML source. Select the preview box on this page, copy it, then open Gmail Settings, General, Signature, create a signature and paste. Links and colours are kept.

How do I add it in Outlook?

In Outlook for Windows open Signatures, create a new one and paste the copied preview; for exact control, paste the HTML into the signature file in the Signatures folder. Outlook on the web and the new Outlook accept a pasted preview.

Why no logo or photo?

Images in signatures must be hosted somewhere, are often blocked by default, and turn every reply into an attachment. A text signature is lighter and looks the same everywhere.

Is the HTML safe to paste?

Yes. It is a single table with inline styles and links to the addresses you typed; special characters are escaped. It contains no scripts or tracking.
